Refund and Returns Policy


At Beauty Spring, we strive to give you a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase made through our website, we are happy to let you know that you may apply for a refund within 30days (1 month) of purchase as stated on your invoice/receipt.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased outside of our website, please
contact the retailer purchased from regarding their policy. Shipping fees and Item(s) listed as Sale are non-refundable.

The product you wish to return must be in the original bottle and must be a minimum of 60% full. We will not accept a return of more than 3 units of the same item(s) per order. Please mail as at hello@beautyspring.in to help you with the return process.

We ask you to ensure that a copy of your invoice is included with your shipment or you can mention the ORDER NUMBER clearly on the outside and inside of the shipment. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend saving the shipping receipt for your records.

Only items received by our warehouse can be credited. Please confirm the order number, products returned, and return tracking details by submitting them to the Support Team by visiting our contact page. If we cannot locate your order number, we are unable to process the refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. We cannot refund to another alternative card. Please allow up to 15 days* for us to receive and process your request. You will receive an email notification upon completion of return processing. Please note this timeframe has been impacted by COVID-19.

Beauty Spring maintains the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether you are entitled to a refund and, if so, the amount of the refund you are eligible to receive. Beauty Spring reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to provide a refund or accept your Order for any reason – including, but not limited to, if we deem your Order to be suspicious or fraudulent in any way.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
